Returns

Our team is committed to delivering accurate and high-quality orders. If a return is required, the following conditions apply in accordance with international trade standards.

Return Authorization

  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before shipment.
  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for complying with all customs regulations in both the country of origin and destination.
  • All required documentation, including commercial invoice and reason for return, must be properly completed.
  • Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from our team.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Installed, used, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Inspection and Refunds

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
  • Approved returns may result in:
    • Credit toward future orders
    • Refund (depending on agreement and payment method)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Electrical components that have been opened or installed
  • Items marked as final sale
