Returns
Our team is committed to delivering accurate and high-quality orders. If a return is required, the following conditions apply in accordance with international trade standards.
Return Authorization
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before shipment.
- Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for complying with all customs regulations in both the country of origin and destination.
- All required documentation, including commercial invoice and reason for return, must be properly completed.
- Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from our team.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Installed, used, damaged, or modified products are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
Inspection and Refunds
- All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
- Special order or non-stock items
- Electrical components that have been opened or installed
- Items marked as final sale
